Kore II Jacket
Head Kore II Jacket – Men's
Storm days are the best days on the mountain: fresh snow and wind on the ridge. The Kore II is built for them. Head's freeride team helped develop it as a three-layer hardshell that keeps weather out without slowing you down. The fit is loose and a little shorter than the original Kore, so it moves freely whether you're dropping into a chute or scrambling to reach it.
It's made from stretch Cordura, which resists abrasion and still stretches, bonded to Head's IAM 2020 membrane. That gives 20K waterproofing and 20K breathability, the top of Head's range. Every seam is taped, and the main zippers are water-repellent YKK AquaGuard, so a full day of wet snow stays outside. Two-way pit zips let heat out quickly on the climb. The fixed hood fits over a helmet and adjusts to turn with your head. A detachable powder skirt, adjustable cuffs and an adjustable hem close the gaps when it's deep.
Pocket placement is practical: two chest pockets, two hand pockets, a sleeve pocket for your pass, and a bonded internal chest pocket for your phone. Under the Kore II, the Kore Lightweight insulator adds packable warmth. Add the Kore Pant and you have a complete matched freeride kit.
